Allen: "I'm not the usual receiver. I don't lolly gag on my routes and never take a play off. I block and do what I can to help the team, even without ball.
"I'm very elusive. The first or second guy is probably not gonna tackle me, but I'm still working on being more physical.
"I need to get bigger and stronger. I want to be able to take on the bigger guys and get off jams better."
