| Phillips is a football player. The type of kid that plays 2-hand touch until 2am and the neighbors have to scream for him to stop playing. You cannot teach that. He loves the game and you can tell by watching him. He plays QB out of necessity and his limited reps on "D" will limited his recruiting because he doesn't have the measurables that warrant major offers. But rest assure, if he has a chance to play DB full time, his stock will go up. |
