A tough and durable guard who made a name for himself during the summer ABCD camp and Adidas Big Time Tournament...has a great cross-over dribble that allows him to get free from defenders...a fierce defender...a good shooter who will see time at the two-guard as a rookie.

Played two years at Winchendon Prep after transferring from Bronx Regional...had an outstanding senior season at Winchendon, averaging 23.1 ppg, 6.8 rpg and 8.1 apg...scored 34 and 31 points, respectively, in his final two tournament games...averaged 27.1 points and 9.2 rebounds in his final 12 games...team was ranked the fourth-best prep school in the nation, compiling a 23-10 mark...named to the War on the Shore All-Tournament team...had 15 points, seven boards and five steals in the semifinal game of the tourney...played on the green squad of the New York area prep school all-star game, drilling two treys en route to 12 points...recorded a triple-double (25 points, 12 rebounds, 12 assists) vs. Notre Dame Prep, a team that featured ISU teammates Will Blalock and Reggie George...tallied 22 points vs. Brewster Academy...scored 10 of his game-high 28 points in overtime to help Winchendon defeat New Hampton...averaged 19.1 points and 7.2 assists as a junior at Winchendon...played on the New York Ravens AAU team, leading it to the title of the 2002 Adidas Big Time Tournament in Las Vegas...named MVP of the tournament, scoring 16 points against the Florida Hoopsters in the championship game...averaged 4.5 apg in the Big Time Tournament, ranking second...rated the 91st-best player in the nation according to ESPN.com...ranked No. 94 by Prepstars.com...rated No. 84 by Lindy’s...ranked as the 14th-best shooting guard by Athlon...HoopScoop listed him as the sixth-best prep school player in the class of 2003...a high honorable mention pick by Street & Smith’s...AAU coach was Gary DeCesare...prep school teammates were Karron Clarke (Miama-Fla.), Marlon Pompey (Texas A&M) and Andres Sandoval (Richmond)...coached in prep school by Mike Byrnes.
