Iowan Set to Sign with Cyclones

After having made a verbal commitment to the Cyclones last August, Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson athlete James Smith had the experience of taking an official visit to his school-of-choice last weekend. It was a different mindset for the speedy in-stater, since he didn't face the burden of a decision.
