Key Evaluation Period Begins

Iowa State padded camp commences next week, and as usual a smorgasbord of in-state talent figures to be on display in front of head coach Dan McCarney and his staff. Topping the list of prospective Cyclones is West Des Moines Valley running back Jason Scales and mammoth offensive lineman Jordan Goos of Treynor.

Jason Scales was among the top 100 national senior recruits recently named by TheInsiders and is one of the best skill players to come out of his high school in years.
