Texas defensive back signs with Iowa State

Clear Springs (TX) High School's Sam Richardson added depth to the Iowa State secondary on Wednesday when he signed his letter-of-intent to become a future Cyclone.

The 5-foot-8, 170-pound cornerback had 68 tackles, 6 interceptions, and 13 passes defended on the season. He also blocked five field goals on special teams.
