Winter Park (FL) High School's Sam Richardson makes things official by signing with Iowa State.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound quarterback set school passing yards and passing touchdowns records by throwing for 2,742 yards and 34 touchdowns along with running for 590 yards and five touchdowns
